PTFE (Teflon) material offers almost total chemical resistance. Its non-stick surface leads to easy recovery of contents. Stable over a wide temperature range the material is FDA Compliant and USP Class VI approved. These PTFE dippers feature almost total chemical resistance to most chemical compounds. Additionally, PTFE material is stable from -328 to 572°F (-200°C to 300°C), making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The material is of high purity and totally inert, preventing any contamination. The shaft is PTFE-encapsulated steel; an extra shaft can extend length. The Dipper can be sterilized via autoclave or gamma irradiation.

Developed for sampling aggressive liquids, e.g. acids, alkalis, detergents, and solvents (check chemical resistance beforehand!).

The samples are drawn directly into the screw-on the sampling bottle. The tamper-proof bottle closure of these bottles ensures unadulterated sample transport. Samples can be taken from depths of as much as 200 cm, e.g. from tanks, silos or tankers, by using the extension rod.
